At Amen Always Community Academy, we are committed to partnering with families in raising up children who are grounded in faith, character, and purpose. Our admissions process ensures that every child and family is a good fit for our Christ-centered learning community.

- Attend a Parent Info Session
(Held in person or virtually—see dates on our website) - Submit an Application
(Includes enrollment forms, recommendation, and required documents) - Family Interview
(A relaxed conversation with school leadership) - Admissions Decision & Contract
(If accepted, parents receive a welcome letter and tuition agreement) - Enrollment & Tuition Payment
(Includes registration fee and tuition deposit to secure seat)
💵 When is the deposit due?
A non-refundable tuition deposit of $500 per family [private school registration] is due upon acceptance to secure your child’s place for the upcoming school year. This deposit is credited toward the annual tuition balance.

To begin, simply download the Student Application, complete all sections, and submit it with the required fee. We review applications on a rolling basis and look forward to partnering with your family.
