Employment Opportunities
We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Now Hiring
Lead Teachers (PK–12)
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Teaching certificate or eligibility preferred. Prior classroom experience ideal. Must affirm the Statement of Faith.
- Responsibilities: Develop lesson plans aligned with biblical and academic standards, lead classroom instruction, assess student progress, and create a Christ-centered learning environment.
Assistant Teachers
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in early childhood or classroom support preferred.
- Responsibilities: Support lead teachers, assist with classroom management, help facilitate instruction, and engage with students with compassion and care.
Support Staff (Office, Custodial, Extended Care)
- Requirements: Vary by position. Must be dependable, professional, and uphold the mission of the Academy.
- Responsibilities: Duties range from maintaining a clean and safe campus to providing clerical and operational support.
Substitute Teachers (All Grades)
Requirements: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Classroom experience and flexibility ideal.
